Create official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters. Archive physical and digital documents for all employees and employee documents, benefits and attendance records. Take disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and resolve employee complaints. Manage the staffing process including recruitment, interview and orientation of new employees. Ensure that the company complies with state regulations regarding HR. Organize periodic reviews to assess employee performance and provide direction and input to the team. Ensure HR activities are aligned with company initiatives. Analyze trends in employee compensation.

requirements

  • S1 Any Background.

  • Minimum 1 years proven working experience HR Staff, preferably in the media / agency industry.

  • People oriented and results driven.

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

    Knowledge of HRIS - Talenta.

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making.

  • Willing to work in Karawang, West Java.
